DAMAGED IN TRANSIT? (ZERO-HASSLE PROMISE)
If your vessel suffers damage during international transit, do not worry about return shipping. Simply email a photo within 48 hours to lannastudio1@gmail.com. We dispatch an immediate handcrafted replacement at zero expense to you.
STANDARD 30-DAY RETURN WINDOW
If a vessel does not suit your space, unused pieces in their original packaging and condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full product refund. Please note that return shipping postage is the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend utilizing a tracked and insured carrier for safe return transit back to our Chiang Mai studio.

INITIATE YOUR REQUEST
Contact lannastudio1@gmail.com with your order number and item details to receive return packaging guidelines.
SECURE REPACKAGING
Repack the stoneware safely in its custom shock-absorbing foam/armor. Affix your tracked shipping label to safeguard against transit damage.
STUDIO INSPECTION & REFUND
Once received and thoroughly inspected at our studio to verify unused, unbroken condition, your full refund is processed within 3 business days back to your original payment method.
